Police arrest Annandale man with loaded gun

Fairfax County police located a man illegally parked in the 4700 block of Commons Drive at 7:30 p.m. on June 7 and discovered he had a loaded firearm. Carlos Moreno Jr., 22, of Annandale, was charged with possession of a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and served with outstanding warrants from a neighboring jurisdiction.
