Officers from the Mason Police District arrested a man for possession of a concealed weapon on county property in Bailey’s Crossroads, the FCPD reports.
On Jan. 22, shortly before 8 p.m., officers responded to the Bailey’s Shelter at 5914 Seminary Road for a weapon violation. The victim reported that a man pointed a firearm at him. The victim was not injured.

Burchett was taken into custody and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a weapon on county property, and possession of a stolen credit card.
He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was held without bond. The FCPD says a mugshot isn’t available.
