Police report robberies in Annandale and Bailey’s Crossroads

A man was robbed in the 7900 block of Charles Thomson Lane in Annandale on Dec. 7, the Fairfax County Police Department reports. The victim was waiting in a parking lot at the Vistas of Annandale when he was approached by a man who displayed a handgun, took his personal property, and drove away.   

There was also a robbery in the 3400 block of S. Jefferson Street in Bailey’s Crossroads at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 5. The victim said he had arranged for a ride with two men. Once in the car the men displayed a handgun, assaulted the victim, and took his personal property. They then forced the victim out of the car and drove away. No injuries were reported.

  1. Too bad, I use to live in those apartments in Annandale. I can't remember if the back of apartment units on Charles Thompson place face Americana drive!! Sucks that you can't even stand outside of your building anymore.
