Police video documents pharmacy robbery

Fairfax County Police released a video of a robbery at a pharmacy at the 5600 block of Columbia Pike in Bailey’s Crossroads. According to a news release from the Mason Police District, three men armed with handguns stole cash and narcotics from the store on Oct. 11. An employee, an adult woman, received minor injuries from being maced. The suspects fled toward Arlington County.

  1. The address does not add up. The 5600 block of Columbia Pike is at the corner with Carlin Springs Rd not Lincolnia Rd. The only pharmacy at Lincolnia and Columbia Pike is in the Harris Teeter and the video is not the H/T.

  2. You are correct. The Police Department news release was wrong. It should have said the 5600 block of Columbia Pike, not 5625. The post was edited to reflect this information. The robbery was at Bailey's Pharmacy, between Spring Street and Carlin Springs Road.
