The Marching Atoms in the Annandale Parade a few years ago.

The biggest community event in Annandale – the Annual Parade and Fall Festival, organized by the Annandale Chamber of Commerce – takes place tomorrow, Oct. 25.

NOTE: Some local streets will be closed tomorrow morning, so plan alternate routes.

The parade starts at 10 a.m. at Columbia Pike and Gallows Road, heads up Columbia Pike, cuts across to Markham Street, and ends up at the Little River Plaza Shopping Center, the site of the Fall Festival.

The parade will have high school marching bands, Bolivian dancers, fire trucks, civic organizations, scouts, politicians, and much more.

The Fall Festival, in the Safeway parking lot, will have live music, food, craft and other vendors, kids games and inflatables, puppet shows and other kid’s shows, and the NASCAR driving simulator.

Here’s the live entertainment schedule:

11 a.m.—Samantha Rios (pop/rock)
11:30 a.m.—Morendada Tricobol U.S. (Bolivian dance)
