Registered sex offender lives on Donnybrook Court, Annandale

The Virginia State Police Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry announced Dec. 9 that a registered sex offender, Kenneth Galteau, lives at 7710 Donnybrook Court, Apt. 105, in the Donnybrook condominiums in Annandale. That development is off Heritage Drive, about two blocks from Little River Turnpike.

Galteau, 69, was convicted of forcible sodomy in December 2000. He is described as black, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. He is unemployed. Individuals are listed on the registry for public information purposes. Using information on the sex offender registry to intimidate or harass an offender is prohibited by law and punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor.
