Registered sex offender lives on Island Place, Annandale
The Virginia State Police Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry issued a community notification Oct. 12 on Thomas Kim, age 32, a registered sex offender living at 4408 Island Place, Annandale, Va., 22003. Kim, also known as Thomas Kim Seung, is not considered violent. He was convicted in Arlington Circuit Court Jan. 29 of possession of child pornography. He is described as Asian, 5’2″, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Individuals are listed on the registry for public information purposes. Using information on the sex offender registry to intimidate or harass an offender is prohibited by law.
