Restaurant/sports bar planned for Barcroft Plaza shopping center

Glory Days has lots of screens for watching sports.

Looks like a Glory Days Grill might be coming to the Barcroft
Plaza shopping center on Columbia Pike.

Jeff Newman, president of Glory Days Inc., is working on a
letter of intent with Federal Realty Investment Trust, the owner of Barcroft Plaza. That process
can take another six to eight weeks. If both parties can come to an agreement, they
will begin to negotiate the lease terms, he said.

Glory Days Grill is a restaurant and sports bar with 15
locations in Virginia, seven in Maryland, two in Florida, and one in West
Virginia. The closest one is in the Pan Am Shopping Center on Nutley Street in
Fairfax. The menu features items like burgers, wings, ribs, tacos, and pizza.

  1. This is exciting! Just what we need in Annandale. Glory Days Grill will do great in that location. We need even more restaurants in downtown Annandale. I hope everthing works out and we are lucky to get another good restaurant in Annandale.

    1. No, but it is right next to an elementary school that is appointed with a grass field, a playground, and a gym…fancy that!

  2. I love Asian food. But, it would be nice to have another American dining option in the area. Glory Days generally has a decent bar scene too.
