Rt. 50 townhomes selling quickly
The property is still a pile of dirt but 55 units have already been sold in the Townhomes at Graham Park development on Arlington Boulevard.
The townhouses that have sold won’t be ready for occupancy until June 2023, says Tara Rosenberg, new homes advisor with EYA, which is developing the homes on land formerly occupied by a section of the Graham Park Plaza shopping center.
There was a groundbreaking ceremony for the 172-unit development in December. Construction of the model homes should be completed in six to eight months Rosenberg said.

Homes in the second section are being released gradually, starting this week.
Prices have increased for the second phase. The base price for the least-expensive Bellair model, without options, is $669,900. That’s up from $666,500 in the first phase.
Base prices for the other models are $744,900 for the Cessna, $834,900 for the Douglas, and $859,900 for a Douglas unit at the end of a row. The names of the model homes – and interior street names – reflect the site’s past as an airfield.
“…a hangout spot called the Hangar” which will soon be called the homeless encampment, unless the teenagers take it over first as their Vap n Skate place…
I agree with Peter. Who’s gonna monitor the use of this space? I wouldn’t want a “hangout” spot in front of my home!
Agreed; green space, communal space, pretty much anything other than structures and asphalt are gross. And bring down the property values and bring out the element.
I can’t think of any reason anyone would want the “Hanger” or anything like it anywhere.

You people are the worst. Really.
You: Mason is a $hit hole. Wish they’d build new stuff
Mason: here are new Million Dollar Townhomes.
You: Eww. The locals will ruin it. Who likes grass anyway? Mason is still a garbage heap

Ha!!
Good point.
Huh? Perhaps you should learn to read.
Joe M and Danbury:
Green space is necessary to reduce stormwater runoff and lessen the heat island affect. I think all your negatives comments belong in the trash bin along with your brain that has been badly damaged probably by climate change.
Please leave and find yourself a landfill to move to where you belong. I’m certain waste management will gladly chauffeur you there.

Vaxed2themax: Sarcasm is the use of irony to mock or convey contempt. Joe M was being sarcastic, and Danbury agreed with him. THEIR brains don’t appear damaged to me!
