Seven Corners gets a new Peruvian restaurant
The former SanChick Peruvian chicken and sandwich eatery at 6198
Arlington Blvd. in the Willston Shopping Center has been transformed into the
Chilcanos RestoBar, a Peruvian restaurant with a more extensive menu.
Chilcanos offers several types of ceviche, several fish and
seafood entrees, lomo saltado, pollo saltado, anticucho, and much more. “We
wanted to bring real Peruvian food to the community,” says co-owner and chef Archie
Marquez.
As soon as he gets an ABC license, Marquez will serve pisco sours,
chilcano cocktails (also made with pisco), beer, and wine.

He hopes to have a grand opening before Valentine’s Day. Meanwhile,
he’s upgrading the interior and getting new tables and chairs. There’s already a
small stage for live music on weekends.
