Seven Corners towers are getting a makeover

The two 13-story office buildings at 6400 and 6402 Arlington Boulevard in Seven Corners are being renovated and have been rebranded as “Lookout 6400.”

BoundTrain Real Estate acquired the buildings in 2019 for $38 million.

The company is carrying out an $11 million renovation to include a new tenant lounge, multiple shared conference and training rooms, a new fitness center and bike room, lobby improvements, a new plaza, an improved HVAC system, and other upgrades.

The name “Lookout” reflects the areas former name, Fort Buffalo, before Seven Corners was developed and also refers to the views and natural light available to tenants, BoundTrain says.

The South Tower, at 6400 Arlington Boulevard, was built in 1972 to house the headquarters of First Virginia Bank. The other tower was built in 1988.
