There’s also a notice stating the cleaners will reopen in the new
building in June 2014, although that appears to be optimistic. A drawing of the
new building identifies future stores, but that’s just an illustration, said
Justin Kim, who’s managing the renovation project for the owner, Park Ray. The

The shopping center will be about 8,000 to 9,000 square feet and will have
four or five stores, depending on how much space the prospective businesses
will want, Kim said.

Kim said demolition should take place in late November, and construction will take eight to 12 months.
