Early results for the Democratic Primary show Andres Jimenez pulling ahead of Reid Voss for Mason District supervisor as of 9 p.m. but only a few precincts have reported results. Jeremy Allen is in third place, with Steve Lee trailing in fourth.

Only 5.6 percent of Fairfax County precincts have reported results, according to the Virginia Department of Elections. Voter turnout is just 4.76 percent.

Sen. Dave Marsden is way ahead of Heidi Drauschak in the 35th Senate District.

Board of Supervisor Chair Jeffrey McKay is in the lead, but Lisa Downing is proving to be a tough challenger.

In the race for Commonwealth’s Attorney for Fairfax County, the incumbent, Steve Descano, has a healthy lead over Ed Nuttall. Sheriff Stacey Kincaid is way ahead over challenger Kelvin Garcia.
