D.C. man arrested for burglaries in Annandale
Crichlow [FCPD] |
Police arrested a man in Fulton County, Ga., for multiple burglaries committed in Northern Virginia and Maryland, the Fairfax County Police Department reported March 10.
Kwasi Crichlow, age 27 of Washington, D.C., was determined to be responsible for three burglaries in Annandale during the early morning hours of Jan. 28.
Those incidents involved Naz Food on Markham Street, Kogiya Korean BBQ on Annandale Road, and Han Gang Restaurant on Little River Turnpike.
FCPD detectives investigated multiple overnight commercial burglaries that affected minority-owned businesses earlier this year. After working closely with detectives from the Howard County (Md.) Police Department, they identified Crichlow as a suspect and obtained warrants for his arrest on March 3.
On March 4, FCPD learned Crichlow was entering Fairfax County in a white BMW SUV. Officers saw the car near Lorton Road at I-95 and attempted a traffic stop. The driver refused to stop, which resulted in a pursuit that traveled into Maryland.

The FCPD helicopter coordinated with officers in Prince George’s County, but Crichlow evaded arrest. He fled the D.C. region and was located March 6 outside Atlanta. He was taken into custody by Fulton County police and is currently held at the Fulton County jail pending extradition.
Detectives continue to investigate Crichlow’s involvement in several other cases and do not believe that he acted alone. Since Crichlow’s arrest, an additional warrant was obtained for a burglary that occurred March 3 at the Ariake restaurant in Annandale.
A Google search shows that this guy is a career criminal. If he's convicted, I hope he goes to jail and stays there for a long, long time.
With Descano running things, if by chance this POS goes to jail he'll be out in no time at all.
Lil Kwasi never didnt do nothing!
Hi I am trying to understand your comment of "never didnt do nothing!" Would you please help me in reference to what you are sharing? Are you saying "Lil Kwasi" is innocent? Thank you for your assistance.
Don't worry, Unknown. "dindu nuffin" is a racist meme that is several years old now that tries to mock black people proclaiming innocence against being murdered by police officers. You are safe. https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/dindu-nuffin
