Updated Feb. 6: The Navy Federal Credit Union in Barcroft Plaza was robbed shortly before 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 5. The Fairfax County Police Department is launching Connect Fairfax, a new program aimed at improving public safety by allowing participants to register their security cameras.
