The Seven Corners Fire Station on Sleepy Hollow Road. The Fairfax County Planning Commission approved a plan May 5 to replace the aging and obsolete Seven Corners Fire Station. That building, at 2949 Sleepy Hollow Road, was built in 1975 and is not up to the county’s current standards for fire stations.

Landmark Mall redevelopment project moving forward
A preliminary illustration of the Landmark Mall project. More details are emerging on Foulger-Pratt’s plans for redeveloping Landmark Mall, the Washington Business Journal reports. The 52-acre site will be anchored by a new Inova Health System hospital, which will replace the existing Inova Alexandria Hospital on Seminary Road.
