The Parliaments, a community in the center of Annandale, invites residents and potential renters to an International Block Party and open house Sept. 22, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. There will be a DJ, moon bounce, games, food, contests, and vendors. It’s in the parking lot next to the leasing office at 7409 Eastmoreland Road.
The Parliaments has consistently supported the Taste of Annandale every year, and this year is no exception. The Parliaments has signed on as a Silver-level sponsor of the 2018 festival Oct. 13 on Tom Davis Drive.
The Parliaments consists of 750 homes in a high-rise building and
garden-style apartments. Rents start at $1,425. There are studios and one,
two, and three-bedroom units. The rent includes all utilities and access to a
range of amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center and swimming pool.
