Tous Les Jours, the Korean-French bakery and cafe at 7219 Columbia
Pike, Annandale, will open Friday, Aug. 22, says owner William Yoo, although
there’s still a lot of last-minute work going on inside.

The cafe will sell a variety of cakes and sweet and savory baked
treats, sandwiches, gelato, ice cream, and bing soo (shaved ice with toppings).
Beverages include various coffee drinks, smoothies (strawberry, blueberry
yogurt, green tea, and other flavors), and bubble tea (strawberry, honeydew,
taro, coconut, and more). The shop has a private room available for parties.

There will be several specials on opening day, including free
coffee or ice cream, a free mug with a $15 purchase, and a buy-one-get-one-free
special on roll cakes.
Tous Les Jours will be open 7 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday through
Thursday and 7 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday. The shop is in the interior
of the block, facing Bon Chon, in the building formerly occupied by the Joseph’s Coat
thrift store.

Yoo also owns a Tous Les Jours shop in Centreville. Tous
Les Jours is a franchise company founded in Korea in 1997. It has 28 locations
in the United States and about 1,300 throughout Asia, in China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, and the
Philippines, as well as Korea. The Centreville and Annandale locations are the only two in Virginia.

YUM..hope they will have some outdoor seating…and get rid of some of that ugly asphalt!
