it was actually 4925 and I know because me and my family were in 102 and the most damaged are 104 & 103 and upstairs.
I’m in 4925 as well. Most of the damage was in 103 and 203, with fire damage. I spoke with the residents of 104 and the gentleman said they had smoke and water damage.
It was such a tragedy and most scary situation one can experience! Am on 4927 their room is attached to ours and I was terrified the fire would spread everywhere. I am glad our neighbors made it all out safe and the fire as put down before any more tragedy would had happened. Thank you fairfax firefighters for saving our lives and my cats. God bless you!!
My sister and brother in law were the two hurt after they jumped from the balcony to escape the fire. They lost their senior cat,Bella.
Am sorry Edith I cry everyday for what happened, we call 911 as soon as we heard the screams. I yelled at your sister and brother in law to jump it was the only way. I think about them everyday. I am so saddened for everything that happened and for Bella. Please hug the really hard for me.
