We have to clean up crime in Annandale and across the country!
The entire area around markham st and around the Safeway plaza needs major police attention.
Right around the same time, a juvenile was hit by a car hardly a block away on Annandale Roas. Possibly involved in and running from this crime scene.
Guns and drugs are as easy to get, as easy as McDonald’s for today’s youth. Annandale just like Woodbridge has been getting worse.
So not only do we have to clean up Annandale crime we so need to do something about the homeless in Annandale . Before that gets out of patrol. These people are out of control they walk up to you and demand money. And use profaying language when you don’t give it. And when you go to the bus stop, where most of them sleep, they want to fight. It’s just not right. You have to do I’ve been in Annandale for over 41 years and it has changed
It has changed so much Victoria. I don’t remember homeless people until the last few years, they keep increasing. Panhandlers at intersections too.
To add some context, Annandale’s violent crime rate is 64% lower than the national average. While bad stuff happens in Annandale, we’re safer in Annandale than in the majority of the country.
I’m not sure I believe these numbers, not sure I like strawman arguments either.
I don’t care about the rest of the country. I care about what’s going on in my backyard
Clean up crime? But we are a sanctuary county that voted for Steve Descano.
I think we should open our minds and learn to live with our new neighbors (homeless, undocumented, mentally ill, and/or criminals).
