Fairfax County Police are investigating vandalism at the Parliaments apartment community in Annandale, in which someone has spray painted peepholes in doors and Ring video doorbells, according to a Feb. 19 “7 On Your Side” report on WJLA.

The news program quotes one resident who said they have been targeted at least five times. The first incident was in 2018, and the most recent one was last week. It’s happened at all hours, including the middle of the night. Other residents have been affected, too.

Incidents captured on Ring videos show the vandal wearing a ski mask, painter’s suit, or trash bag while covering a doorbell camera with black spray paint or Gorilla Glue.
