Vistas of Annandale supports the Taste of Annandale

The Vistas of Annandale, a collection of 1,065 garden
apartments, is demonstrating its commitment to the community by joining the
Taste of Annandale as a Silver-level sponsor.
The Taste of Annandale is a street festival on Oct. 13, with a 5K race, live entertainment, restaurants and food trucks, a full day of programming for kids, a chili cook-off, and a pet contest.

Ross Management Services took control of the
Avant apartments earlier this year, changed the name to the Vistas of
Annandale, and began renovations and improving maintenance and services to
residents while adding major new amenities.

There’s a new Kids Club, operated by
Apartment Life, with learning activities, games, and homework help for
school-age children during the summer and after school.

The community has a fitness center, swimming
pool, and business center, and there are plans for monthly social gatherings
and classes for adults on topics like nutrition and fitness.

The Vistas sponsors a weekly farmer’s market
on site, Mondays from 1 p.m. to dusk, operated by Jim Nicholson with a great
selection of fruits and vegetables plus baked goods from Amish country and
other items.

Residents are also invited to take advantage
of free leftover produce and clothing on alternate Saturdays at Braddock
Elementary School.

and dryers, eat-in kitchens, and walk-in closets. The rents are lower than
comparable apartments of similar size in Annandale, points out David Steiger,

a referral bonus for people who refer a new resident by Aug. 31.
