Long & Foster is listing the three-story, 8,202-square-foot building at 4200 Daniels Ave. for sale for $2.75 million, or $335.28 per square foot.

The property is zoned C-3 Office, which means it could be used for retail, service, and offices that serve the surrounding community. The building is fully leased.

There are office suites and two bathrooms on each floor. The suite on the lower floor has a kitchen and an additional bathroom.

Because the building is located in the Annandale Commercial Revitalization District, the listing says, financial incentives, such as partial abatement of real estate taxes and reduced site plan fees, could be available for qualified owners.

For a time, the building served as the Suleymaniye Center, with a mosque and school, after the United American Muslim Association of NY purchased it in 2015 for $1.58 million. Before that, it was the Annandale Medical Center. The building and land are currently assessed at $1,304,100, according to Fairfax County tax records.
