Accident on Hummer Road causes power outage

Hummer Road in Annandale was closed this morning, after a car crashed into a utility pole knocking down wires between Royce Street and Championship Drive, the Fairfax County Police Department reports. Championship Court lost power at about 10:30 a.m., according to a resident.
