An online real estate listing seeks a tenant for a retail building at the corner of Columbia Pike and Little River Turnpike in Annandale.
The property at 7262 Columbia Pike is currently a T-Mobile store. It has 2,100 square feet of retail space, according to a listing from the Broad Street Realty Group. The property won’t be available until Aug. 1.
T-Mobile takes up half the building; the other tenant is a Cash for Gold store. The space available for lease has an open retail floor, two private offices, restrooms, and storage space.
Maybe Speed Unlimited will reopen their store.
Could it serve as a temporary library during George Mason Regional Library’s renovation? Any updates on that?
