An online real estate listing seeks a tenant for a retail building at the corner of Columbia Pike and Little River Turnpike in Annandale.
The property at 7262 Columbia Pike is currently a T-Mobile store. It has 2,100 square feet of retail space, according to a listing from the Broad Street Realty Group. The property won’t be available until Aug. 1.
T-Mobile takes up half the building; the other tenant is a Cash for Gold store. The space available for lease has an open retail floor, two private offices, restrooms, and storage space.
