Annandale carnival opens Thursday

The carnies are setting up the rides for the Annandale carnival, opening tomorrow at 5 p.m. The carnival is back in its traditional spot in the
Kmart parking lot, after moving to the bowling alley parking lot last year.

The carnival is open June 6-14, Mondays-Thursdays 5-11 p.m., Fridays 4 p.m.-midnight,
Saturdays noon-midnight, and Sundays 4-11 p.m. It’s sponsored by the Annandale Chamber of Commerce.

Admission is $2. Half-price admission coupons with free ride

Burger King, Quizno’s, Petco, Pho Hot restaurant, Parliament Cleaners, Burke
& Herbert Bank, Annandale Boys and Girls Club, Magill’s Famous Pizza and Buffet, and the Hidden Oaks Nature Center.

The place is small. Rides are expensive. The staff that handle the rides are not friendly. The moon bounce is filthy. I wouldnt recommedn s it.
