Chase Bank in Annandale will add a drive-through ATM
The Board of Supervisors approved a zoning special exception for a drive-through ATM and deposit box at the Chase Bank at 4250 John Marr Drive in Annandale.
The drive-through lane will be located at the rear of the building.
The zoning application was submitted by the Laadam Family LLC, which purchased the property on Jan. 1, 2025, for $1.325 million.
The Chase Bank opened in May 2025 between Flavor Hive and United Bank. The building was totally remodeled. It housed a SunTrust Bank with a drive-through for many years, followed by a health company for a short time.
