Chase Bank to open in Annandale

This building will house a Chase Bank branch.

A Chase Bank branch is coming to Annandale as part of the company’s plans to expand in Northern Virginia. It’s expected to open at 4250 John Marr Drive in mid-2025.

Chase will offer checking and savings accounts, business banking, and home lending.

“The new branch will be designed to create a casual and relevant space for professionals, local businesses, and the community,” says Chase spokesperson Justin Page. “There will be various meeting spaces, such as casual booths, meeting pods, an open living room, and a digital access bar.”

The building is currently occupied by a medical facility called CareLife.

    1. “Horrid building,” really? With all the disjointed or plain, look-vacant-even-when-they’re-not boxes around town, you have a problem with this??

May I remind you how they upgraded the former K-Mart? They painted a white building WHITE. Yeah, curb appeal.

      SMH.

  1. OMG. Thank you, Thank you. I have been a Chase customer since the 90s. living in NYC. Living in Annandale , this opening makes my life easier. And safer.
