Chico’s hosts holiday party with pets
The holidays are all about celebrating with family – and that includes our beloved pets.
Chico’s Natural Pet Market is hosting a Holiday Fur All Party Dec. 18, 2:30-8 p.m., at 6464-C Lincolnia Road in Barcroft Plaza for animal lovers and their pets. That’s Chico’s temporary space until the new store opens a couple of doors away at 2645-A.
Chico’s former shop, also in Barcroft Plaza, is going to be an Aqua-Tots swim school.
The event features pet photos with Santa, an open bar and sit-down dinner, a live auction with fine décor items and collectibles, a silent auction, Santa’s Gift Shop, a mini makeover booth with master dog groomer Meredith Beckwith, guest speakers, customized holiday stockings filled with pet treats from Santa and the elves, and gift baskets.
One hundred percent of the proceeds from the auction will go to Chico’s new adoption center and help Chico’s owner Danielle Areco continue her mission to provide the community with education and resources to end animal homelessness.

Love Chico’s & Danielle does so much for the community.
I went to their temp space today (3 doors down from their new space) and was so happy to see all the great products on hand. I got enough Christmas gifts for our dog and a little something for all the dogs on my Court. So the space may be different but the products are still as wonderful as ever!
