A one and one-half-story structure is proposed, along with a
playground, 28-space parking lot, and a stormwater facility consisting of a
micro-pool. The center would be designed to serve 99 children, although it is
expected to start smaller.

The 2.5-acre property is zoned R-3 (meaning up to three
houses per acre). It’s across the street from St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church. An existing one-story house on
the lot would be demolished.
Most of the property is wooded and nearly half of
the site is a Resource Protection Area and is part of the Four Mile Run
watershed. The site includes a small stream that feeds into Long Branch.
