Connection Wellness Center invites the community to an Open House
The Connection Wellness Center in Annandale invites the community to an Open House on March 30, with free fitness sessions and other activities.
The Open House is scheduled for 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at 4113-A John Marr Drive.
A pickleball workshop will be held at 10:30 a.m. Throughout the event, there will be free fitness assessments; free chair massages; and sessions on mobility and stretching; giveaways; and discounts on personal training sessions.

Connection Wellness Center owner Rachel Martin is planning fitness competitions with prizes. One competition involves core strength.
Gava Tea of Northern Virginia will provide organic tea from India.
Also at the Open House, Martin will announce the launch of a brand-new service, Life & Wellness Coaching, featuring Ruvi Makuni, a certified executive wellness coach and certified stress master coach. Open House attendees will be able to sign up for discounted sessions.
Martin herself recently graduated from a six-month life coaching certification program through internationally known trainer, author, and motivational speaker Todd Durkin.
Martin’s goals for the Connection Wellness Center are “to connect with different parts of Annandale and improve the health of the community.”

And next time he came down the hill going about 50 in a 25 and quickly slowed down when he saw a lady pushing a stroller. 100% him in a black late model Audi SUV. For everyone’s safety please drive.

I am unsure what the moderator of this site is thinking when they approve the publication on this site of Maude’s allegation that Mason District’s recently elected Supervisor is “constantly” committing serious motor vehicle speeding violations
If the moderators of this site intend to encourage this type of behavior, I recommend this site maintain on the top of its Homepage a place where commenters can share reports of ALL criminal, motor, zoning, and any other violations they are aware of.
I personally think Maude is a Fraud, and I am less than impressed with the moderator’s of this site decision to approve the posting of Maude’s allegation.

Read very carefully. I never said that my favorite Supervisor is Jimenez. That is an assumption the racist MAGA fools, including apparently you, commenting on this site made because of my Name – which I chose in part because of my cynicism.
Fact is, I don’t know Jimenez, and I didn’t vote for him. That’s not the point.
The point is that this is the USA, not Cuba, and people don’t go out publicly claiming their neighbors committed crimes without proof.

In any event, I say NO to publicly reporting alleged (without evidence) violations of the law (including moving violations) of named individuals.
Now, with that clear, if Maude Laufte has video of Jimenez speeding through her neighborhood while singing “I can’t drive 55” no one would love to see that video more than me!!!
