Early voting underway for Democratic Primary

Early voting is underway for the Democratic Primary on June 21 for the 8th Congressional District.

The candidates are Rep. Don Beyer and Victoria Virasingh.

Portions of the 11th District (Rep. Gerry Connolly) have shifted to the 8th District. Submit your address here to see which district you’re in.

Early voting is currently being carried out at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., on weekdays, and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on June 11 and 18,

Early voting will be available June 11-18 at the Mason Government Center (6507 Columbia Pike, Annandale); Thomas Jefferson Library (7415 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church); and the Franconia, McLean, and Mount Vernon government centers.

Voting at those locations will be open 1-7 p.m., on weekdays and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on June 11 and 18,

Regular polling places will be open on the day of the primary, June 21, 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Look up your polling place here; it could have been changed since the last election.

The deadline to register to vote in the June 21 primary is May 31. Check your registration status on the Virginia Department of Elections website.
