Gom Shabu is now Dal Shabu

The former Gom Shabu hot pot restaurant at 4355 John Marr Drive in Annandale is now Dal Shabu.
“Only the name has changed. Our food, quality, and service remain exactly the same,” says a note on the door. The change was made to avoid confusion with the Gom Shabu restaurant in Centreville.
Dal means “moon” in Korean. Shabu means hot pot.
Diners order broth and meat or seafood that’s cooked on the table, and help themselves to a wide selection of add-ins (such as vegetables, mushrooms, noodles, eggs, kimchi, hot dog slices, and sauce).
One of my fave places!
Respectfully, did we really need to know this?
