Home renovation company opens in Annandale

Millennium Home Renovations has moved into the storefront formerly occupied by Vacuums Unlimited at 4229 Annandale Road in Annandale.

The company does kitchen and bathroom remodeling, room additions, finished basements, decks, patio enclosures, roofing, flooring, siding, and other home improvement projects.

Vacuums Unlimited relocated to 7004 Commerce St. in Springfield.

Millennium Home Renovations manager Ronaldo Montes hopes to have an official opening on Monday, July 3. The showroom should be completed by then, with examples of cabinets and countertops.

The company relocated from Springfield, where it operated in the basement of another business, so it already has contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners as clients.

A company called Magnolia Multiservices offering tax preparation, a notary, insurance, and other services is moving next door to Millennium on Annandale Road.
