Hookah bar to open in Bailey’s Crossroads

The Shops at Bailey’s Crossroads on Leesburg Pike.

The Jerusalem Restaurant, at 3400 Washington Drive, Bailey’s Crossroads, is adding a hookah bar, called Afandina, in the same shopping center. It’s expected to open by the end of September in the spot formerly occupied by Next Day Blinds.

In other news about the Shops at Bailey’s Crossroads, Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa, which has been closed since the start of the pandemic, has closed permanently. 

The shopping center, built in 2018 by Spectrum Development, is now owned by Cambridge Asset Advisors LLC

  1. How can you smoke in any restaurant in Virginia? I thought it is illegal in a place that says it serves food.
