Exactly, a few weeks ago this women w a baby in a stroller wanted to cross in the middle of LRT across from Home Depot. I stopped and told her she was putting the baby’s life at risk and to use the crosswalk. All she could say w a Latino accent I’m sorry, I’m sorry and then continued to try to cross the road after I left. Although I tried to help her by stopping in the left lane, cars were passing me in the right lane. I told her doing this was dangerous to no avail! There is only so much the County can do w stupid.
