Landmark Plaza has seen some changes over the past year.
Hobby Lobby opened in March, and Giant replaced a Shoppers grocery store last
November.
Gussini Fashion, which used to be at Landmark Plaza, is
coming back and will move into the former Payless spot. Ransqueen Boutique is
moving into a bigger space, in the spot vacated by Luggage Outlet. HHH is
seeking a tenant to replace Boston Market, which closed a few weeks ago.

Over the long term, the shopping center is poised for big changes, as the Board
of Supervisors earlier this month endorsed the Lincolnia Planning District Study, which would create a community business center in the area around the
Little River Turnpike/Beauregard intersection. The plan designates the Landmark
Plaza site as an “opportunity area” with higher-density, mixed use development,
including 1,470 multifamily dwelling units with ground-floor retail.

To address traffic congestion in the short-term, HHH
Landmark plans to create a two-lane exit out of the shopping center near Total
Wine onto N. Beauregard Street. And to improve eastbound traffic on Little
River Turnpike, HHH Landmark’s principal owner Marshall Ruben offered to pay to
relocate the bus stop on Little River Turnpike by Oasis Drive to the service
road and install a traffic light at Oasis so people existing the shopping
center could turn east onto Little River.

I can’t believe the developer has the audacity to brag on these new developments. Oh boy, ransqueen boutique, which sells counterfeit knock off designer bags… gussini fashion which is bottom of the barrel cheap, crappy clothing store where shoes and bags are hung from the ceiling and walls…
Stay classy Lincolnia.
