Movie Night at the Eileen Garnett park on June 28 features ‘The Princess Bride’

Movie Night, featuring a free showing of “The Princess Bride,” at the Eileen Garnett Civic Space, has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 28.

Movie Night starts at 8 at 7200 Columbia Pike in Annandale. Come early, grab a good spot on the lawn. Bring a blanket, chairs, a picnic, and friends, “as you wish,” to make the most of the event. There will be free popcorn and an ice cream truck.

“The Princess Bride” offers an “inconceivable” tale of fencing, fighting, torture, revenge, giants, monsters, chases, escapes, true love, and miracles.
