MS-13 member sentenced for charges related to the 2019 murder of HS student

Rodriguez-Flores

MS-13 member Kevin Alexis Rodriguez-Flores, 20, of Annandale, was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise and conspiracy to destroy and conceal evidence related to the murder of another gang member, the Department of Justice reports.

The victim was Jacson Pineda Chicas, a student at Falls Church High School. On March 18, 2019, Rodriguez-Flores and other MS-13 members stabbed Chicas at a house in Hyattsville, Md., then dumped the body in Stafford County, Va., where it was set on fire. According to an autopsy, the victim had 144 wounds. Rodriguez-Flores and his accomplices mistakenly believed Chicaswas a police informant.

One of the principal rules of MS-13 is that its members must never cooperate with law enforcement, the DOJ states. “Violation of this rule results in an order of death for the offender.”

  1. Sad for this young man who never got a chance. His parents should be the ones put in jail for allowing their child to turn into this sad soul.

  2. Every single of one of these MS -13 "sad souls" should be deported with their parents as not to become a further burden on our justice and social welfare systems.

    1. Sorry to inform you, but these are children of the devil. God's children would not be chopping up other youths and burning them. Maybe you should set up a mission to bring these children back.

    2. Anonymous 11:16 AM – sorry to inform you but you missed the point. The 8:12 AM comment is sarcasm in reference to Trump calling MS-13 animals and Pelosi essentially defending them as God's children…..hence the **eye roll** at the end of the comment.

  3. Meanwhile, the politicians representing the Mason District (Kaye Kory) seek to remove the school resource officers, literally the only thing allowing these at risk kids to garner some equity in schools riddled with MS13… it's the quintenssential bad plan, like the Japanese bombing Pearl Harbor bad… Sigh, with people like Kory on your side, who needs enemies… https://wtop.com/virginia/2020/07/letter-to-gov-northam-pushes-for-shift-in-school-resource-officer-funding/

    1. Because Sujatha Hampton and the other leadership of the Fairfax NAACP (including the woman who recently was recorded as saying "let them die" about people opposing their agenda) decided to make eliminating SROs a priority in FCPS. I guess we'll see whether the 12-0 Democratic School Board goes along with this initiative or recognizes the role that SROs are playing at Annandale, Falls Church and Justice High Schools – all high schools with a significant number of students susceptible to joining MS-13 (if not already MS-13 members).

  4. Why do we need to keep this guy for 30years on our tax money?

Cant he be sent to his home country or something?

I'd rather fund abortions with this money than wasting it on keeping this guy sheltered and fed.
