New homes under construction in Lincolnia

If you’re looking to buy one of those large homes going up
off Lincolnia Road, act fast; there’s only one left. Four of the five homes in Burnt Pine Estates sold
within 45 days after they went on the market, says sales manager Lori Windsor
of Craftmark Homes.

The custom-built homes are priced from $1.15 million to
$1.3 million. The three-level homes have four bedrooms and three-and-a-half
bathrooms, gas fireplace, hardwood flooring, and many luxury features.

The homes are arranged around a new cul-de-sac accessible
from Burnt Pine Court and are bordered by Lincolnia Road; Agape Health
Management, a daycare center for seniors; another community of large homes; and Turkeycock Run. According to
Windsor, the property was formerly occupied by a single house on a large lot.
