New shops at the Loren: burgers, subs, beer

The Loren

A pub called Casual Pint, a Burgerim restaurant, Jon Smith Subs, and Orangetheory Fitness are coming to the Loren apartment complex at 6410 Arlington Boulevard in Seven Corners.

All those shops are expected to open in six to nine months,
says Maria Brandao, the Loren’s assistant property manager. When that happens,
all the retail space on the first floor of the building will be fully occupied.

The Loren already has Nothing in Between, a nail salon that doesn’t use toxic chemicals, and physical therapy
center called PT Solutions.

The Casual Pint offers a variety of craft beers on tap that
can be enjoyed on site and growlers to take home. There are 17 Casual Pint
locations in the United States; this would be the first franchise in Northern
Virginia.
Burgim is a hamburger franchise started in Israel in 2011.
The company expects to have nearly 500 locations in the U.S. by the end of 2019.
There’s a Burgerim in Arlington, and several more are open or coming to the
outer D.C. suburbs.
According to Brandao, the apartments at the Loren are fully
leased and so are the townhouses at the rear of the building.
