Peeping tom suspected arrested

Fairfax County Police arrested a suspected for a series of peeping tom incidents that have occurred since 2011. The suspect is Michael C. McCarter, 40, a fuel delivery truck driver who lives in Woodbridge, a news release from the Franconia Police District reports. He was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with peeping warrants.
