The National Weather Service is predicting snow three to seven inches of snow on Sunday, a wintry mix on Sunday night, and possibly another one or two inches of snow on Monday.
Snow plows – VDOT crews were out pretreating roads in Fairfax County on Saturday, and have more than 3,000 trucks staged in Northern Virginia ready to plow. To see where the plows are, visit the VDOT snowplow map. Visit the VDOT 511 page for traffic conditions.
