Retail theft crew arrested in Lincolnia

Fairfax County Police detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division arrested a retail theft crew based in New York on Feb. 4 in Lincolnia.

Officers responded to the 6200 block of Little River Turnpike shortly before 7:30 p.m. for a report of a larceny in progress. Four suspects in possession of stolen merchandise were taken into custody, the FCPD states.

Jefferson Caluqui Cevallos, 32, of New Jersey; Germania Dianire Andrade, 37, of New Jersey; Geovanni Flor Vera, 46, of no fixed address; and Willian Atupana Cepeda, 31, of no fixed address, were all charged with petit larceny and possession of stolen goods.

All four were taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Vera was held on a secure bond. The others were released on their own personal recognizance.
