Salon suites available for personal care stylists

Phenix Salon Suites is coming to Graham Park Plaza, the shopping center on Arlington Boulevard in the Falls Church area of Mason District.

Phenix is a franchise company that leases suites to individual “lifestyle professionals,” such as hairstylists, nail technicians, and massage therapists. 

Style entrepreneurs can grow their own business without the cost of operating a full-scale salon. Phenix offers month-to-month leases, covers utilities, and provides basic equipment and on-site laundry services.  

There are about 250 Phenix Salon Suites nationwide, including one in Springfield.
