When a red-tailed hawk dropped in to visit the bird bath at Bob Kovacs’s home in the Columbia Pines community in Annandale, Bob had his camera ready and got this shot.

What an amazing shot.
Now if she'd just do something about all these rabbits! That big fox on Rose Lane can't do it all by himself.
She has swooped me, just off of 236 and Medford on several occassions. Think she likes to spy from the hi-rise.
We have seen and enjoy many hawks here in Broyhill Crest. They are beautiful creatures and a joy to behold.
