Seven Corners apartments have a new owner
The Jefferson, a 310-unit apartment building in Seven Corners, has changed hands, the Washington Business Journal reports.
Eagle Rock Properties acquired the complex, at 6166 Leesburg Pike, on Nov. 20 from Capital Investment Advisors LLC for $65.65 million. The current assessed value for the property is $66.3 million, according to Fairfax County land records.
The 1960s-era apartment building was initially known as Ravenwood Tower Apartments. Capital Investment Advisors purchased it in 2015 for $52 million.
According to Apartments.com, rents range from $1,400 for a 600-square-foot studio to $2,257 for a 1,275-square-foot unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Amenities include walk-in closets, dishwashers, and high-speed internet. Dogs and cats up to 20 pounds are allowed with a $250 pet fee and a $55 monthly rent add-on. The property has a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, and playground.
Eagle Rock’s website describes the Jefferson as a “cozy suburban retreat with big-town convenience nearby.” It encourages prospective tenants to “get your daily dose of Mother Nature as you get to know the gorgeous trails and parks all throughout this lush, green area.”
