The Annandale Roundtable welcomes Signature Realtors as a late-addition
Gold Sponsor of the Taste of Annandale, a street festival Oct. 5 on Tom Davis
Drive.
Signature Realtors has been at 5105-D Backlick Road at the Bradlick Shopping Center in Annandale for about 15 years, says Realtor Burhan Khan.
As a small company, Signature focuses
on customized services and personal relationships and charges just 1 percent
for marketing and listing a property, which is way less than the 6 percent normally charged by most real estate
brokers.
