This half-day conference is April 28, 8 a.m.-1 p.m., at the
Fairview Park Marriott, 3111 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church. It’s organized by the Business Development Assistance Group, a nonprofit
based in Annandale that helps newly arrived immigrants join the American economy through entrepreneurship. The
honorary host is Sen. Mark R. Warner.

The “Access to Capital” conference is targeted to the owners of small
businesses and businesses owned by women, veterans, or minorities.
There will be information on bank loans, microloans,
crowdfunding, investor financing, and export financing. Business owners hoping to expand will have an opportunity to
showcase their company to prospective customers and investors and network with
community and financial industry leaders.

Enterprise, One Degree Capital, Refraction, StreetShares, TD Bank, the U.S. Export

Authority, and the Washington Area Community Investment Fund.
