Stuff the Bus collects tons of food for those in need

Generous Fairfax County residents donated more than 33.6 tons of food to needy families and residents during the special Stuff the Bus events May 16 and 19 at 21 locations.

Donations at the Stuff the Bus stops in Mason District – at the Mason Government Center in Annandale and the Woodrow Wilson Library in Bailey’s Crossroads – went to the food pantry run by Annandale Christian Community for Action. For other ways to help people struggling during the pandemic, these organizations are in need of donations, too.
